Racquel Ricks began dancing at the age of 3 in several Church of God in Christ Church Events and every Family function.  Throughout the years, she enjoyed having Ms. Darby Pack, the Owner, and Operator of the Maryland Dance Academy as a Mentor and Instructor. She was also a member of the Milford Mill Academy Dance Ensemble and The COGIC Youth Dance Troupe. Along with several Dance and Cheerleading Groups throughout middle school, high school, and college. During her senior year at Milford, she received the opportunity to venture to New York and dance with the Alvin Alley Dance Academy. Racquel enjoyed assisting and has taught her own classes in Hip Hop, Contemporary Dance, Stretch, acrobatics and Preparation at Karmas Dance Factory for 5 years. She is excited to share her love and knowledge of the arts and looks forward to one day opening her own Dance Academy.
